Frequently Asked Questions
Need clarification on account setups, the credit systems, or booking timelines? We have compiled the essential information for you.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You are also prohibited from creating a new account if you have a history of a previously suspended or terminated account unless expressly permitted by OAS.
No. Your registered email address is permanently linked to your account, transaction history, and credit balance. If you must use a different email, you are required to close your existing account and register a new one.
OAS uses a One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your email for every login to eliminate risks associated with weak passwords. Once authenticated, your session remains active for up to 30 days before requiring a new OTP.
Yes. You may hold only one active OAS account. Attempting to register duplicate accounts to exploit promotions can lead to the permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of credits.
Credits are a proprietary, in-platform booking currency with no independent monetary value, legal status, or cash equivalent. They are not considered "e-money" or a "stored value facility" under Singapore’s Payment Services Act 2019.
For reference, the standard exchange rate is 1 OAS Credit = SGD 0.50.
Currently, credit purchases are not subject to Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST). OAS reserves the right to revise this if tax laws or its registration status change.
OAS uses a year-end cut-off. All credits purchased in a specific calendar year will expire at 23:59:59 SGT on 31 December of the third calendar year following the purchase year.
The platform automatically applies credits with the earliest expiry date first, regardless of when they were purchased or if they were free/purchased.
Unless otherwise stated, Free Credits expire 3 months from the commencement date of the promotional campaign, not necessarily 3 months from when you received them.
A booking is "Pending" until a Minimum Number of participants is reached. This lead time is required to facilitate the commitment of studio and trainers for the class. OAS reserves the right to revise this rule based on its business considerations.
- A class is automatically confirmed if the minimum is met by the 7-day Free Cancellation Timeline.
- A class is automatically cancelled if the minimum is not met by the 7-day Free Cancellation Timeline.
Service Providers reserve the right to substitute instructors at any time. A change of instructor does not entitle you to a refund or the right to cancel outside the free cancellation window.
It is exactly 7 days (168 hours) before the class starts, calculated on a rolling basis. Cancellations made after this point (Late Cancellations) result in permanent forfeiture of credits.
Yes. If you are in the Late Cancellation window, you may share a screenshot of your E-Ticket QR code with another person (even a non-member). However, you remain responsible for their conduct, and they are not entitled to member benefits or refunds.
No. OAS maintains a strict non-refundability policy. Unused credits are not refundable in cash upon voluntary account closure, suspension, or termination.
Every booking constitutes a legally significant health declaration that you are medically fit and not acting against medical advice. You voluntarily assume inherent risks like muscular strain, cardiovascular stress, or falls.
You undertake to stop immediately if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, or sudden severe headaches.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, you waive and release OAS and the Service Provider from all claims related to bodily injury or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
